Though it was a 1 night stay, the room was large.
Aircond was very cold cannot be tone down.
Only have bath towels, would be good to provide the hand and face towels too for better hygiene and comfort.
Hotel is abit aged need some upgrading.
Construction going on outside hotel, noisy even at late night.
The rooms are spacious and we got lucky to have some room upgraded. The water heather and aircon might need some upgrade as we dont seem able to get very hot water for bathing and aircon is warm for 2 rooms
3.5 Star Hotel room is a rundown. Algae on the windows and seems long time never maintain. Pillows and beds are low quality. Shower frames broken.TV signals are so bad. Whole corridors are dark, and it was surprising that the good reviews left by previous guests are really genuine reviews or fake. To be fair, breakfast is moderately OK.
Check-in was easy and fast as we immediately got our rooms. Facilities are old and definitely need upgrading. Housekeeping could definitely be better as we noticed a piece of tissue paper below the study table when we first came but it still wasn't removed or thrown away when housekeeping did their work on the 2nd day. There should be a bigger shelf at the shower area for us to place our things while having a shower. The current one is too small and shallow. The location is really inconvenient to get Grab drivers. They simply do not want to take our booking from the hotel. We would need to get out of the hotel area to actually get Grab.
Booked 4 Deluxe Queen rooms but was given Premier floor with 2 Suites. All 4 rooms were very cold and we have to switch it off for the 2 nights stay. Rooms were dated but comfortable. Wifi was adequate but need to change password everyday. There's a bridge to City Square about 800m away. Overall experience ok.
Super disappointed with the service on the day we check in. The receptionist give ZERO attention to us and treat us as if we owe them money. No basic courtesy at all. Not even a thank you. So Unwelcoming. When we got in our room, we found a used condom underneath our bed. It just shows that they didn’t clean up properly and it’s very unhygienic. The waiting time for the lift is the worst as we have to wait minimum 5-10mins. Very disappointing experience as we can hardly go up and down the hotel as it will take atleast 20mins just to get our delivery food below. Really hope they can bulk up on their SERVICE, Room cleanliness and proper lift service. Overall I advice anyone staying here to check your room properly and make sure your bed is clean too.
