Well located hotel near to CIQ.
Convenient location for staycation with malls right next to hotel. Easy to travel around using grab. Our room was comfortable. They provide so called soft and hard pillows but hard pillows are still soft.

1st time staying at Holiday Inn JB City Center. As it rained so much during our stay, we can easily cross over to the malls for our meals. The only thing is we can hear the water sound when someone is showering. Nevertheless, we would gladly stay here again.

Great location if you are coming from Singapore by public transport as it is near the immigration. By car, to get to the hotel parking can be confusing as it is at the back and end of komtar. Jbcc on the 7th floor.

Repeated stay. Convenience of the location is a big plus. Staff could be more welcoming than just be functional. Clean premises but hope maintenence of the property can be better.
