The hotel is located next to/above MidValley Southkey Mall which is huge. So food and shopping, services, is just downstairs. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. Bathroom features and amenities are clean and well provided. Wifi is a bit slow although the connection is strong.

we had a great excellent experience at St. Giles. the staff are all veey welcoming and helpful. room is spacious, clean and modern. best part is the accessibility to the shopping mall being right beside the hotel. Highly recommended.

Stay was great. Fuss free check in and check out. Late checkout is always a no no by them even during off peak, this is quite disappointing. Nevertheless the guards there are very frienand helpful. Convenient place to stay as its linked to the mall.
