This hotel was a great choice In Juazerio. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The pool was relaxing and they were happy to serve food and cocktails. All together a great weekend stay and I’ll come back for sure.

Hotel novo, entretanto o dono já está enfrentando dificuldades em manter o hotel. Problemas no quarto e na piscina: lençois sujos de maquiagem, cama tipo pula-pula (horrível) a cama pula mais que pula-pula da ESTRELA, Ar-condicionado insulficiente para o quarto. Quarto com cortina quebrada: tocou caiu!

Hotel bom, café da manhã diversificado e gostoso, camas confortáveis. Apesar de ter gostado muito do hotel, não poderia deixar de mencionar que a piscina encontrava-se suja, com sujeiras principalmente no fundo por falta de aspiração. No quarto tinha poeira nos cantos, sinais que só limpavam o meio do quarto e não afastavam os mobiliários. O caminho do quarto para a área externa também precisa de uma atenção melhor sobre a limpeza. Ao redor do hotel encontra-se restaurantes, farmácias e supermercado.

pedimos um quarto com duas camas solteiro, mas o que entregaram foi uma adaptação, a cama de casal ficou no quarto e inseriram uma cama extra, além de deixar o quarto super apertado, a cama extra era extremamente desconfortável. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, mas passa uma sensação de mal cuidado, abandonado.
