Custo benefício foi razoável.
Boa localização porém o hotel é um pouco antigo com moveis se deteriorando. O local estava limpo e material de cama estava limpo. Tinha luzes queimadas e quando solicitei que fosse arrumado não tinham pessoas para fazer a troca.

Reservei um quarto com três camas de solteira para dividir com dois colegas do trabalho, chegando para fazer checkin me disseram que só tinha um com uma cama de casal, outra de solteiro, muito constrangedor e não resolveram. O quarto que em que fiquei, o ralo do banheiro estava entupido, saia água por todo lado do banheiro que inundava o quanto, perrengue total. Não recomendo esse hotel para nenhum conhecido meu pela falta de comprometimento.

Prédio muito antigo, a porta estava com defeito e fechadura também. Precisamos chamar a portaria pois o cartão não estava mantendo a luz ligada. O chuveiro estava torto e era desconfortável tomar banho. A vista é linda e a localização também.

Horrível a pior possível! Era minha segunda vez ao hotel, mas INFELIZMENTE dessa vez foi desgastante demais. Primeiro que não dão suporte nenhum as coisas acontecem dentro do hotel e peço imagens das câmeras, alegam que não tem naquele local específico, mas no roll do terceiro andar tem, pois não sei se a mesma funciona. O que era para ser maravilhoso foi terrivelmente frustrante, pois até hoje tento dormir , mas minha mente não aquieta e tá sendo bem difícil. Experiência que não desejo a ninguém!

Curtimos demais o hotel, o atendimento excepcional, Nicolas e o Levi se destacaram pelo profissionalismo e atenção, café da manhã impecável, camareiras limpas e solícitas. Devo ressaltar alguns detalhes apesar dos móveis antigos, pó dentro dos armários, até porque é um hotel bem grande, piscina funda me deixou receosa, mas aproveitamos bem o lado raso e todo hotel em geral. Mas com certeza retornarei brevemente! O atendimento e hospitalidade em alto grau de excelência que me permitiu momentos de desfrute e network, a ponto de querer voltar a visitar essa cidade maravilhosa. Vou procurar trabalho na região hehe Já faça a sua reserva!

Agradável e ótimo custo benefício para a região.
O quarto e banheiro são enormes, bem confortáveis. São instalações antigas, mas estão conservando. A vista da varanda do quarto é maravilhosa: piscina/jardim do hotel e Rio São Francisco; Café da manhã saboroso com opções de itens feitos na hora, bem rapidinho, apenas sentimos falta de mais opções de cuscuz; A área verde do hotel é ótima, muitas plantas e árvores. Meu filho ficou encantando. Maioria dos funcionários bem prestativos e atenciosos.
