Nice staff
Arrived very late. The desk clerk was very helpful and did his best since my Portuguese and his English barely existed. He open Google Translate to get us through the check process.

Compatível com a Marca Express.
Custo-benefício compatível com o de um hotel do tipo express. Ponto alto foram os cuidados com a higienização dos ambientes em tempos de pandemia e o tratamento dos funcionários. Pontos que incomodaram: ruído do tráfego por se localizar em uma das principais avenidas e o acesso estreito ao estacionamento interno.

As instalações do hotel são boas! Tudo novinho, conservado e higienizado. Cuidados preventivos com a COVID-19 bem observados. Tive experiências bem desagradáveis no restaurante. O atendimento e preparo dos alimentos deixaram a desejar. No entanto, recebi um contato telefônico da gerente que se desculpou, se comprometeu a resolver os problemas e propôs tarifas diferenciadas para as próximas hospedagens. Essas medidas compensatórias chamaram minha atenção para uma segunda chance. Do contrário, eu não retornaria ao hotel.

Café da manhã muito ruim e atendimento horrível
O café da manhã é muito fraco, com pouquíssimas opções. O atendimento prestado pelo gerente foi péssimo, fazendo aguardar horas para entrada no quarto ( mesmo permitindo isso a outros hóspedes). O gerente, de forma proposital, também colocou as outras pessoas da reservas, de próposito, em quartos completamente distantes, mesmo havendo uma idosa. Definitivamente, a experiência foi horrível.

Checkin problemático e café da manhã fraquíssimo.
Checkin extremamente problemático. O atendimento pelo Gerente foi extremamente rude, não auxiliando em momento algum. Ficamos esperando horas para conseguir entrar no quarto. Mesmo havendo vários apartamentos livres, colocou as pessoas em quartos aleatórios pelo hotel. Só conseguimos fazer quando houve o atendimento por outro funcionário. Falta de bom senso e de tentar resolver as demandas dos hóspedes. Café da manha fraquíssimo

Funcionários super atenciosos e muito gentis. Café da manhã ok, nada de mais. Um ovo mexido fajuto, parecia aqueles em pó que transformam em “ovo mexido”. Não tinha requeijão, perguntei e não fazia parte do buffet mesmo. Poucas opções de suco, enfim, dá pra melhorar bem… A localização é mais ou menos, fica perto de uma parte mais “sinistra” da avenida independência, não é bom dar bobeira. Quarto é bem pequeno mas tava bem limpo. Em resumo, não é horrível mas é ruim. Existem opções melhores em JF…
