The view is great.
First impression through the front door is exciting. Lots of wood finish, with a cozy feel. Overall cleanliness is great, yet the attention to detail can use some help. The cleaning and maintenance crew need some stepping up as there was a large dried spread of spilled dish soap under the kitchen sink that looked like it had been there a while. The latch on the screen door was missing a screw, so it swung down making it difficult to shut the door. The new looking floor in the kitchen has a squishy bubble near the sink. The top section of dishwasher where the glasses go falls off its tracks scaring the daylights out of you! There are no dressers to store clothes. I guess that’s fine if you want to live out of the suit case. The remote for TV in my room was missing a battery, and another two remotes didn’t have battery covers. A battery kept falling out. The top step of the stairs is cracked, and bends when stepped on. Owner says they’ll fix that and a couple of other concerns. My overall opinion of the property is high return for owner, at least expense. It showed. The view from the living room, and dining table is lovely, especially during sunset.

A great gateway
This was a very nice place to stay. It’s a great location to use as a base camp for traveling to Yosemite and other interesting places in the area, and there are 3 other lakes in the “neighborhood” for fishing, boating, and hiking also! Clean and comfortable - I/we would definitely stay here again. : )

It was bigger than i expected. The loft with the 4 beds was a great place for our older kids. One thing that would be nice to have in the condo is a broom and dust pan. After going to the "beach" we ended up tracking in a lot of sand which would have been nice to take care of. Overall a great place and would stay again.
