Nice, big room... our jacuzzi was half cleaned, had hair in it. There was clothes in the dresser and half the outlets didnt work.

close to airport, inexpensive, large room with full kitchen. crowded parking, 3 buildings connected by open to outdoors skybridge, jacuzzi didn't really work, had to get toilet paper from front desk first thing.

The staff gave poor directions to our room and the layout for the Hotel was very confusing. Go up two floors then down the hall then up one more floor, then over the bridge and down two floors. This seemed like a joke but it wasn’t. The room was not very clean and smelled bad. Unfortunately we got into town late so we had no other options.

Dirty bedding. Missing pillowcases. Dirty room/dust etc. Three days and not once did housekeeping even enter our room. It’s obvious that drug users are staying at the hotel and using it to further their activities. Do NOT stay here.

Front desk agent Heather was pleasant and very accommodating. Nate was very nice and helpful... i took a lil tumble exiting the shuttle (nothing broken so all good) & he was very accommodating to my needs. The room was more than satisfactory and a very reasonable rate.

Best hotel in the valley
It's no great shakes: a little run down, but it's clean and doesn't pretend to be more than it is. It has the best location in the valley: walking distance to the airport, Nugget and Mendenhall malls, bus stops, post office (for shipping), restaurants. I always stay there, and only there when I'm in town.

Though the rooms had kitchens as promised, the pans and pots were in terrible condition with scratched Teflon. The transportation from the airport and pier were both terrific. It was an easy walk to some restaurants and grocery stores.
