Welcome to Unit 46 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to the Jurien Bay's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by, a wadding pool for toddlers, communal BBQs perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large grassed area for the kids to play.

Unit 46 is fully self-contained with a electric oven and cooktop, air-conditioning to the living area and main bedroom.

This unit sleeps 6 guests, the bedding arrangement is 1 x Queen & 4 x Singles.

Please note: Bedding and Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.
Only enough consumables for one night.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

Great unit
Great location and ammenities. Walking distance to beach, shops and tavern/pub. Reasonably priced.

Maintenance required
Great complex and location. Unit 46 is one of two units that does not have shade sails to block the afternoon sun. Kitchen was great with updated appliances. Bathrooms had leaky showers and patched up walls that needed paint. Very dim lighting. Bedrooms fine although no lamps in main bedroom. Skirting boards falling off in hallway. Just run down and not 100% clean.

The location was fantastic. Close to everything. The pool area and bbq areas very well maintained. However the unit we stayed in was terrible. Holes in the walls, dirty benches and dishes. Just gross.
