I didn't like that the lights were all closed and it was always dark especially level 1. They said there is playstation room but there was none and the arcade room was all off. There is very limited dining choices. It took the hotel 3 days to return our dirty clothes cause we gave them a bag of clothes to be cleaned. Took them 3 days to return it. It was poor service on that regard. Despite the negative end. The positive side is the following Helpful staff Clean room Breakfast and dinner included i like that

Otel girişinde karşılama adına bir şey yok. Resepsiyonda otele dair herhangi bir bilgilendirme yok, valizlere yardım eden (giriş ve çıkışta) yok (var ama yok). Dışarıdaki havuzun duşları buz gibi soğuk su. Kapalı havuz inanılmaz basık ve havasız. Oda temizliği için önceki misafirin çekirdek kabuğu süpürülmediği için iyi diyemiyorum ancak çarşaflar temizdi. Uyurken de perde kornişinde gördüğüm böcek sonrası artık otele dair konfor sıfırlandı. Açık büfe akşam yemeğine 15dk geç indik. Makarnalar bitmişti yenilenmiyordu. Ana yemek olarak 3 çeşit vardı. Yedikten sonra mide yanması yaşadım çok rahatsız etti. Kahvaltısı da yetersiz. Oda servisi ile gelen yemekler daha iyiydi. Aile havuzu kiraladık termal havuzun suyu değişmiyormuş önceki misafirlerin vücut yağı, kiri suyun üzerindeydi. Hamam kısmı da ufacıktı. Daha önce birçok termal otelde konakladığımız için hizmetteki ve konfordaki kalitesizlik bizim için çok netti. Neyse ki 1 gece konakladık. Çıkarken de çıktıya ihtiyacımız oldu ve otelde tek yazıcı var sanırım onun da kartuşu bitmiş yardımcı olamadılar. Zaten çıkarırlar mıydı ondan da emin olamıyorum..
