I really love the resort we stay in, I just did not like we did not have a lot of dining option. We mostly had to buy out and food was really expensive.

The facility was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was exceptional. Everyone right down to the room cleaners were friendly and eager to help and share knowledge about the area. Voyager club was a big value add. While described as having a continental breakfast and evening appetizers in reality it was a full breakfast and a great quick dinner. Big time saver. We can't wait to come back to the Outrigger Kona.

We will definitely stay here again! The rooms were updated and very nice. The pool area is beautiful and has a large slide. We had a balcony with a partial ocean view. It is an easy walk down to the harbor. Staff were friendly and helpful!

During our stay, we had mixed experiences. Mila, one of the housekeeping staff, was exceptional—her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. However, there were several challenges that impacted our visit. We experienced multiple sleepless nights, including one caused by a power outage. Additionally, the television was out of service for two days, which was particularly difficult with a one-year-old. There were also cleanliness concerns, as we encountered ants and unidentified bugs in the bed. Noise disruptions were another issue, including a football team arriving late at night, slamming doors, and loud activity from guests in the room above. On a positive note, the location was outstanding, and the pool facilities were excellent—though the presence of children in the adult pool detracted slightly from the experience. Overall, while the property has its strengths, the combination of these issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected, especially given the price point.
