This two bedroom unit is located in a quiet apartment just a few miles outside of downtown Kalamazoo. Plenty of parking (with the option of covered parking) a few steps from the front entrance and a waterside view of Monarch Millpond are a couple notable perks of this location. A large kitchen, comfortable living room, and an in-unit washer and dryer make this the perfect space for long term stays.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property.

This is a nice apartment that has been updated. Little touches like a full coffee set up, bathroom amenities, throw blankets, and 2 robes make it feel like you are at home. Nice view out to the pond.
