Desk clerk, was indifferent when I requested a room on the second floor. Room clean, but no soap in the dispensers and the towel/shower mat was dirty. this coupled with people fighting outside my room, loudly. disappointing to say the least.

We had to go to 3 different rooms. First room a live mouse ran right by feet when i was sitting on my bed. Second room we had trouble with door lock. Third i was having a very stressful day. I locked myself out of the third room after being their 10 days. They knew who i was. I went to office to ask for trash bags and complain about the housekeeping. The dude at front desk was black. He has no authority as upper mgmt. Was on a power trip. So i told him i was locked out, he asked me for my i.d. to give me a room key. How am i supposed to do that when my i.d. was licked in room? Then he asked me my address on my d.l. which i couldnt remember because i was so upset and mad at him for hassling me about it. So, he was talking over me. So i told him to shut up and called him the N word. Yes, i was wrong in doing that and i apologized. My son was gone and i was about to have a heart attack(meds forthat in my locked room) on top of a major anxiety attack. So the little Hindu dark skinned mgr told me to leave in an hour. Im 66 yrs old and disabled. I can only walk about 150 feet without my hips and legs hurting. My son was on his way back and then he yelled and screamed at me for getting us kicked out. We had no transportation and $50. But..... There were escorts, prostitutes, and all kinds of drugs going on and they let it go on. It was the worst experience ive ever had in any liw budget or luxury hotel.

Don’t stay here

So so dirty someone left socks behind the door and they were still there after they clean the room before our arrival, blood and burn hole in all the sheets and blankets, went to the front to ask for different ones and front desk guy said it’s a red roof inn what you expect. Also I know at least two neighbors live there full time which is just terrible
