My 9 year old and I loved our stay! Free snores and a fire pit, live entertainment, the best pizza, super clean, pool and 3 hot tubs all clean, breakfast buffet was amazing! We will be back for sure and for more days! Many memories made, thank you!

Hotel good, avoid hot tub

Arrived at the hotel and checked into our room which was a double room, which looked large on photos but wasn’t at all. Had to speak to reception about a loud whirring noise coming from the radiators. Peter the maintenance man came and told us it should not have been happening, he was super helpful. Honey on the desk sorted us an upgraded replacement room within a few minutes which was a much better and bigger room with no noise. The only downside is after visiting the hot tub and pool, myself and my partner left feeling incredibly itchy and my skin has come out in rashes on my hands which has lasted a number of days. This has been diagnosed as hot tub folliculitis which is due to poor sanitation in the pool facilities. Avoid them if possible.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and at the restaurants! Really nice property which was clean and well kept. Great proximity to the ski hill.

We enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable, but it was very warm even though the heat was turned all the way down. The chlorine in the hot tub was so strong that it made our eyes burn and they were still sore the next day. Breakfast was good, but it should be noted that there is no buffet served on weekdays as we wished to have it as did others arriving during our time dining.
