Considering the room charges, the service provided was extremely poor. Under ‘pretext of saving energy’, there was NO air conditioning & provided disposable cups & plastic water kettle! We had to use small dinky fan to keep us cool during the night. Overall hotel property was total disaster! I will not recommend anyone this hotel

The rooms were extremely small. The building that we stayed in that had three floors, had no elevator. The fixtures in the bathroom and the hotel all of it is outdated. No microwave or refrigerator. Could not figure out how to turn the heat or AC on. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and I would not recommend this one.

Dated lodgings but beds were comfortable. Bedding was torn and limited restaurants open. If not for the proximity to Lake Louise, definitely not worth the money. Golden offers better lodgings at half the price. Girls at reception were lovely.

Property was easy to find, staff was friendly, there were three restaurants at the property, ample parking,and walkable to the Lake Louise Village. Lakview Tours is accessible in the parking lot and parking available on site which is very convenient.

This property is conveniently located. The building is very nice and so are the rooms. The pool and hot tubs were well maintained, tge pinzzeria on the second floor had great food! Our room was updated, the only downfall is the plumbing is SOOO loud!! Anytime anyone used the shower, it woke us up. I would stay here again, but only on the top floor.

The lobby was beautiful and that was it. Rooms had double beds. For the price of the room a small bed for two people is not acceptable Not comfortable at all. Rooms were outdated. Ice machine was broken. And no AC!!! Find a better place to stay.

Staff excellent, original room was VERY small and no fridge:l and on second floor with no elevator it was very difficult for us to get our luggage up the stairs. HOWEVER when we complained the staff quickly found a better room with more space and a fridge (little higher price of course) and they MOVED OUR LUGGAGE to the new room. Very thankful for this. We didn't realize there was no a/c - thankfully it wasn't too hot during our stay, but could pose a problem on hot summer days. Dining at the hotel was very expensive and very limited choices for dinner - would have expected more at this location when the village has very limited offerings too.

The hotel has 4 blocks which only Block 1 has elevators. We have to climb stairs with luggage to 3rd floor. No refrigerator in room and decoration a little bit old. 7 mins walk to Lake Louise Village but with very limited dining options. There is a private shuttle company just beside the hotel which you can catch a shuttle to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake directly.
