The employees were very attentive and helpful, and the hotel and room are clean and nicely decorated. They have cards and pamphlets with English translations explaining the hotel procedures and amenities, and how to use them.
I stayed in a double-room on the 7th floor. The bed takes up most of the floorspace, but the room was very comfy and had excellent amenities for the price. The bathroom, especially, was much larger than I thought it would be.
My only worry was the tub. It was not sealed to the wall, so I was trying not to let water run into the crack while I showered.
The hotel entrance can be a little difficult to get to, but it's very close to the station. You can hear the trains from your room, but it was faint enough to be background white noise and didn't bother me at all.
They're using eco-cleaning, so they only leave fresh towels at the door unless you request a cleaning, which I didn't ask for.
I also didn't eat at the restaurant, so I can't comment on that.
All in all, a very good hotel for a very reasonable price.
