Clean room, friendly staff. Like the fact that the hotel is very near Kanazawa Castle Park and availability of laundry rooms. However there was little to do in the hotel. Other than the restaurant, wish there was some other conducive areas to lounge.

We loved this hotel, the buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a great choice. The staff were so helpful with restaurant recommendations in the local area, and making reservations on our behalf. The location was great, only steps away from Omicho market and Kanazawa castle park just up the road. The only point we were a little disappointed by was that as a resident we still had to pay a table charge to use the bar. Overall we loved our time at the Hotel Sanraku and would definitely stay there again and recommend to others

The staff was very pleasant & attentive. The rooms are nicely appointed & daily housekeeping is beyond expectations. The only negative was how the morning breakfast buffet check-in flow was managed. Every morning’s wait to be seated was 20-30 minutes. As a Type 1 diabetic, uncertainty about eating schedules can be a major health issue, as blood glucose levels are already low in the morning. Based on the experience at this hotel, we recommend dining elsewhere, or perhaps staying where dining is better managed. One note, the breakfast buffet was of high quality.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was professional and very helpful. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Loved the bed! The biggest king I have ever seen! The bedding was soft and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.
