Our stay did not start as planned. We arrived at 8PM, but our room was not totally ready, as the towels were not in the room and there was a bad smell in the room (even the employee noticed the smell and propose to spray the room with some perfum). Then, right after that we noticed that our TV did not work, so we advised the front desk employee. He did all he can to make the TV works, but he was not able to fix the problem, so we spent the evening without any TV. The employee told us that the problem would be fixed for the next day (problem with the service provider).
The second day, we left the hotel to walk in the city. However, before we left the hotel, we reminded to the front desk employee that our TV needed to be fixed. When we came back to the hotel, 7 hours later, we noticed that the TV was still not working. We then asked, once again, for someone to fix the problem, but nothing was done. Actually, three employees were watching cricket on the TV in the lobby, instead of trying to help us.
Finally, on the last day, we needed to get to the train station around 7:45AM. We advised the front desk employee that we would need a taxi around 7:30AM (it was 7:00AM when we advised him. When we came downstairs at 7:30, the employee had not called any tuk tuk...
All this to say that we did not feel like the employees at the front desk care about us, except the one who was working on the first night of our stay
