Nasty Hotel
Beds are broken down and you sink in the mattresses. Towels are all stained and some had tears and holes. Pillow case was covered in makeup and was nasty. There was mold around the shower wall. Will never stay there again.

Im unsure why this hotel receives great reviews. Run down and dirty. The first room we were given was filthy with razor blades in the trash can, dirt and bugs all over the floor, along with other misc items. We were than moved to a different room that was not in the best shape either. The elevator sounds like it’s going to breakdown and the inside was filthy. Wouldn’t recommend.

This was my 11th hotel in 11 days. Best hotel of them all. Considered staying an extra day just to relax in the room. Front desk people were polite and very helpful. Breakfast and breakfast room was outstanding. Area was good

Third time staying here with friends. Always a place we enjoy. Wish the front desk staff could get trained on splitting a bill between two people! This always seems to be a problem.

Look for better options.
So, this was an overnight as we were heading home. The more you looked around the room, the more I would find wrong. Missed spots in cleaning, items broken, etc. Overall, our initial impress was good but as time went by, it got worse. The Heater/fan would never turn off. The door stuck and would not open/close easily. Found a very dirty coffee cup in the room. Small things that just added up. The breakfast...I wanted to get sick and would of had I tried their sausage gravy. It was so thin and runny....ack. Just disappointing for a Best Western.

I was very disappointed to see that the outlets in our room weren't working. After traveling all day and needing to fly out the next day, we were bummed to wake up the next morning to realize that our phones and watches were not charged.

I very much appreciated the staff at the front desk as they were helpful and courteous at check in. I was however underwhelmed with the lack of bathroom privacy with a barnstyle track door that leaves large openings and the light switches that did not seem to make sense in location or even work.

Pretty sick, could have used a deeper clean
It was super clean. Cost efficient. Husband and I are traveling cross country & had to book last minute. Was definitely the best we’ve stayed at so far. Was grossed out by someone’s hair left in the bathroom. But other than that I slept like a baby & you could smell the freshness on the sheets.
