Understaffed! Front desk was breakfast hostess. Replenishment of food and coffee was nonexistent. Ice machines on 1st and 3rd floors were out of service. Staff was friendly and doing the best they could but needed more help. This is the 3rd and last time we will stay at this property.

It's a nice place but it is very noisy. You can hear all the doors shutting in the hallway. You can hear all the conversations in hallway and through walls. Do yourself a favor and stay for a much affordable price at the Micro hotel in the parking lot right next door it's much quieter and just as nice.

The property was clean and Johnnie, the GM, was great! The pool was fun and the slide wasn’t working but Johnnie got it working. Overall the hotel is new and has nice amenities, the breakfast options were many and we enjoyed our stay.

Our family stayed last month and the water slide was down for maintenance. Knowing we would be back in the area this wknd, we asked before rebooking if it would be fixed before our return and we were assured it would be up and running as it was a 'minor issue'. Needless to say it was very disappointing when we went swimming and discovered it was still down. Aside from that, our stay was nice. Rooms were clean and had a good bkfst selection.

No shade on window
Very disappointed we had no shade over the window and the light from the outside was shining in and flickering all night when we called the front desk they said well is there something you can do about it? Wow! Thank goodness we had packed a small blanket but it didn’t work well we were told management would talk to us in the morning but no one was at the front desk ( we waited for 30 minutes) They were completely out of breakfast when when went down to eat. Currently waiting on a phone call from management. I definitely would not recommend this establishment, I have never had this bad of an experience.

Great hotel & Great price!
We live in the area but wanted a quick mom and dad night away. We wanted somewhere close without the stress of being far away from our house. It was a quick overnight getaway to order takeout and just relax. The hotel was crisp and clean, the room we had was quite large and we plan to take more advantage of the amenities next time we stay! We will definitely be back

Location is great
Great location, comfortable room. Our toilet did get clogged the second day being there and the staff did get it handled but it took a few hours. So that was a little frustrating due to us not being able to use the toilet in our room. Overall good experience, would stay here again & recommend it to others.

Family weekend
The staff were great when checking in late at night after a long day at Worlds of Fun. The pool was just closing and they were happy to accommodate a late check out so the kids could go swim the following morning. It was amazing having a reverse osmosis faucet for drinking water!! We will be back in the area next month and are looking forward to another stay.
