TV Remote, didn't Work. Took awhile To Get Fixed. Bed Sheets , Were Never Changed. Stayed 4 Nights. Room Was Cleaned On 3rd Day. Had to Ask For Towels and Toliet Paper. No Kleenexs. Maybe Think Twice Next Time. At B-fast. No Pitchers Of Ice Water. Asked For Hot Tea Packages For Hot Water. Got Coffee! Bad Stuff.

Be nice if heat was going before we went in room, but with prices today can understand why. Everything was excellent and staff very kind. We go there night before husbands cancer treatments at KU and feel very welcome. Breakfast we don’t do being husband has Gtube.
