Had trouble with the toilet, must be a water saver type, would take at least 2 flushes to get toilet paper to go down. And toilets should be the raised types.

Did not like that we had do not disturb song on door and cleaning staff walked in even thou we were not leaving for a few days.. traumatized for sure . Use all licks next time for sure! Other than that great place close to everything n within walking distance. Q39 is our favorite place! A must ,

The property was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The parking garage does have only about 7 feet of clearance so not great for tall vehicles - ours was fine though. Our room was great - clean, nicely lit, plenty of space for us and our 2 children. We had more than enough room for a pack and play for the baby. The breakfast is AWESOME! The hot options changed each day and they had plenty of other standard options. They also have a well-stocked snack shop that's open all night, which we were grateful for. Overall we had a great stay and plan to stay here again on our next visit to KC.

Needs one more light in room, probably a floor lamp. Breakfast is not very environmentally friendly. Too much disposable plastic. For example, plastic cutlery could be replaced by wood. Otherwise, good range of utilities in room. Good "grab and go" selection in lobby area..
