Everything about the stay was great the only issue we had was the shower had 0 hot water, we talked to the front desk and they apparently have had continual issues with it. Got a partial reimbursement though and they were understanding and kind about it.

I’ve stayed at many holiday inns and this will be the last time. My wife and I shared a room with my paralyzed father and my mom. Upon arrival, we were put in a room that had no air conditioning. After about an hour, we were moved to a different room. This new room come to find out had no hot water. When telling the hotel staff, they said they already knew about it and there’s nothing they could do. So the entire weekend, we had no hot water and the hotel knew this. Additionally, I have a $31 charge from the hotel in which they can not explain what it was for. Terrible experience with my parents in which was supposed to be a fun weekend.

Chandra and Shay are the best!

My wife and I were very lucky to find a hotel that had great staff and was very quiet. Wow! No noisy kids! Seen maybe but definitely not heard. Our room #340 was lovely.

The staff were very helpful & the room was clean. Easy to park & easy check in too! Room 307 the toilet was struggling to flush and the shower does not have hot water & it sounded like the room above mine had 5 kids in it during the day. But other than those items the room met our needs

Great staff here! 2 problems popped up though - paper thin walls, and a car in the parking lot had the alarm go off several times. Was able to sleep about 4 hours a night just due to noise. The location, staff, and restaurant/bar folks were all amazing - only issue was noise.

The hotel was fine for what we needed. The staff was honestly the best part about it. Everyone was super friendly and helpful especially after we had issues with our room. The toilet wasn’t fully attached and leaking water everywhere. We got moved to a new room that seemed to have the same issue, but at least the staff was sweet.
