video vs audio; virtual insanity.
The price of reservation versus the price at counter was totally different (42.39%) higher. In accordance to the manager this is a normal standard: however, after reviewing the actual price on the hotel's web it was verified that it was an instant price hike. Initially, the hotel manager was not going to honor the real cost; however, after 53 minutes of argument I was allowed to stay.

Water pressure was great! Water was hot! Pillows are comfy. TV did not work, tiles in bathroom loose and wobbly, AC didn’t cool, we ended up opening the window.

Quick stay overnight to break up a long trip. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t ask for a wake up call but got two calls- not sure if someone accidentally set it for the wrong room. Slept okay but there is a lot of road noise from the highway. Glad we had a sound machine app on our phone. We left before breakfast so not sure what that is like. Overall, glad we stayed here for a quick night of rest to get back on the road. Thanks!

Hotel was spotless. Property was neat, festive and well lit outside. I stayed in a pet room so there was a couple of damaged spots on carpet/tile. Room was very clean and had amenities. Could have been more eco friendly if it had refillable toiletries. Breakfast was quite substantial and area was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice area outside to walk my dog. I will definitely stay here on my next trip from CO to KY.

Room doors and interior doors need painting with lots of chips. Carpet had a hole near the entrance. Time fir a redresh. This one was not up to the standards of the one I stayed at the day before.

Easy to find right off the highway on a frontage road. Large open lobby area with a lot of seating for lounging and breakfast area. Polite and courteous staff. Clean. Rates much better than other comparable hotels in the area.
