For the price it was adequate. My only complaint is that the hot water doesn’t last longer than about 5-10 minutes cold showers are not my thing.

It was nice, although our key cards stopped working an hour before the check out time. We managed to work it out with the staff so we could remove the rest of our things, so it all worked out.

Noisy inside the hotel during the night (3am) I did not realize the parking was not included in my Hotel.com payment $20 not a lot but unexpected and I choose this hotel over others with that cost in consideration.

The renovations were good. There was a gross spot on the bed frame. It smelled nice. I was blindsided by a $20 parking fee. I also didn’t like the fact I had to put a debit card up for a $100 hold.

Everything was great. When I called to see if I could check in early the man I spoke to before 7 said yeah come after one but never bothered to tell the woman who checked us in or told me there would be a fee. But she took good care of us during one of the most painful moments of my life so she was excellent and deserves a raise.

Stayed one night and got bit up by bed bugs. There was a surprise $20/day parking fee. A palmetto bug dying in the kitchen. The staff who checked me in was extremely rude and there is a $100 CARD ONLY deposit which you won’t get returned for 14 business days. I don’t recommend this hotel at all
