Place is very outdated, couch in our room was covered in stains. Our bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. My two kids had to sleep on the pull out couch and it too was very uncomfortable (most are). Thankfully it was just for one night. The location and pool were the good parts. Right on the beach and the pool was clean.

I never get a vacation first of all. I will be in debt for years over this but I wanted to celebrate my daughter’s 18th and Highschool graduation. Upon arrival the lobby is super cluttered and their complimentary breakfast is left over banana bread. Finally get to room only to notice the filth on the fan blades (1inch thick of dust and grime), filthy mirror that’s never been cleaned, mold and dust all over the air unit and the blinds.. fingerprints all the over the fridge and microwave! Let’s not forget the roaches floating in the fridge. Go to crawl in bed and can smell a stench of old dirty head on my pillow and there was hair on the sheets. Had to ask housekeeping to come replace the sheets and the worker came storming in slamming stuff around, like we were a problem. Asked to have ceiling fan cleaned when we eventually ask for housekeeping? They decided to come clean the fan without permission on entering the room.. kinda felt violated! The free bike rentals left us stranded a couple of times due to the chains coming off. Wanted to do a load of laundry to have something clean to wear home and that was out of order! Such a great location but whoever is running the place it’s going downhill. A refund for at least a few of the days would be great as I will no longer book with hotels.com. Super grossed out and will never stay or recommend Hotel Coral reef

The best view! And we walked out our sliding glass doors to the ocean.

Amazing views of the sunrise right outside our hotel.
It was fun to see chickens everywhere. They do crow at all hours of the night though! So bring some earplugs. They are all over the Island

The hotel is dated. Our mattress rolled to the center and needs to be replaced. The shower let out an ear-piercing squeel that could not be stopped. However, it is in a great location, walkable to fun restaurants and coffee shops. It is on the ocean with great views from some rooms, and it has a great lanai with chairs as well as chairs on the lawn as well. The pool is fabulous, well-kept and clean, and the waterfall was a real plus. Overall, we would stay here again, but hope they update the rooms.

Nice place to stay for a night or two.

We stayed here for one night before going to our timeshare. The staff in the office are super nice - family run think. We were placed in a room that had a horrible view of a lot next door with a lot of trash - rugs, etc. The room was really small. II know I booked a room with City view but this was not what I expected. The bed and sheets were awesome and they offered free bikes to ride. Overall, I would stay again but would probably pay more for a room that was in the other building facing the water.

We love this little hotel. The staff is awesome and you are right on the beach. Try the in-house cafe for breakfast! If you want a quiet stay at a place that makes you feel at home. Try the Hotel coral Reef!

For being an ocean front property you really can’t beat the price! Sure it’s older but it was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a while! Thankyou for sharing your island with us!
