Go on holiday in your personal floating house Biscaya. Don't just stay on the shore or near the water, but actually ON the water, in the middle of the marina of the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea.

The floating house is built on a pontoon and can be easily reached via a jetty. The two bedrooms are located directly above the water, so you can let the gentle swaying of the house rock you to sleep in the wind and look out over the glistening waves first thing in the morning. The comfortable shower room is also on this floor, as is a 30 m² wrap-around terrace where you can always find a nice spot right by the water.

A staircase leads to the light-flooded living area with modern kitchenette on the upper floor. This floor has a loft-like design without walls and is particularly bright and inviting thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. From here, too, the view naturally falls on the water all around. There is of course a terrace here too. It is located in front of the living room and is equipped with high-quality garden furniture for a relaxed breakfast in the fresh air. The magnificent sun deck sits enthroned above everything on the roof, from where you can particularly enjoy the hustle and bustle of the passing sailing boats on the water.

Enjoy the cool breeze on the water in summer or snuggle up on the sofa while an autumn storm whips up the water outside your window - the floating houses are a very special holiday experience at any time of year! You can warm up again in the sauna after a long walk on the beach.

OstseeResort Olpenitz has a small bay with a sandy beach and the kilometre-long Baltic Sea beach, which stretches all the way down to Schönhagen, is not far away either. Please note that fishing is not permitted in the harbour basin.

The new holiday home area is currently being built on the former naval site in Olpenitz on more than 150 hectares, embedded in nature.
