Great little place in Karlsborg
This is a great place on the west shore of lake Vättern, best lodging in town with superb breakfast from their own bakery. Rooms are not top notch but good enough and clean. Added bonus is a kitchenette allowing You to heat store bought food.

Unique experience
Matts was very nice and came immediately upon our call to open up the hotel for us. It was really much more an Air B&B experience than a hotel experience. The place was very artsy and unique. We had a nice view of the water out our bedroom window and a small bathroom across the hall. our friends had a smaller somewhat dark room without a view. We enjoyed a light breakfast the next morning which did not include pastries.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The propty is just across the street from a park and the lakeshore. The owners, Mats and Carina are very nice and helpful on questions about the area. The rooms themselves are very clean and some have excellent views of Lake Vätern. Breakfast is simple and tasty. I will stay here again when in Karlsborg!

Nice artsy b&b
A bed and a breakfast - we got both, and that was all we really needed. The place is really interesting with cool art pieces everywhere - much fun to just explore the paintings and sculptures. We weren't too impressed with the simple breakfast, but we got what we needed to survive the day.

En pärla!
Underbart charmigt, mysigt ställe med jättefin trädgård och kanonläge. Lite slitet o knarrigt men vad gjorde väl det. Helt ok sängar och frukost. Hade balkong med utsikt över sjön. Gå över vägen så är du vid badplats. Strandpromenad till hamn med mat, dryck och broöppning, tog ca 5 min. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.
