The township is quiet and calm generally..JA Hotel is located in the middle of a commercial street. It provides the convenience and accessibility to major retail outlets, and at the same time the privacy of space you look for in a hotel. Conveniently located if you wish to go a little further to the beach or the naval museum..or island hopping around this archipelago..

Både godt og skidt
Vi benyttede indgangen fra p-kælder og det første vi møder, er en masse gæster til en fest, der står og får velkomstdrinks. Finder så ud af, at baren også er receptionen - hmmm. Værelset var ret lille og med skråvægge og der var ret mørkt, men det kunne man leve med. Vi havde booket 2 overnatninger og spiste begge aftener i restauranten, som egentlig var ret hyggelig - Maden der var rigtig fin. Det smagte virkelig godt til prisen. Morgenbuffeten derimod var ualmindelig kedelig. Halvtørt brød/boller, ikke meget udvalg i pålæg. Selvom man kunne vælge mellem hårdkogte og blødkogte æg, var alle mere en hårdkogte. Vi fik at vide at baren var åben til kl. 01.00 og da vi kom tilbage efter at have været til en koncert lørdag aften, ville vi have en drink i baren. MEN bartenderen var gået hjem klokken 22.00, så vi kunne kun få øl eller vin....... Dog kunne den lettere sure tjener overtales til at lave en rom/cola, men det var det! Så alt i alt en lidt blandet oplevelse.
