The hotel is conveniently located and very comfortable room! The staff was very friendly and informative with 24 hr front desk service. The only things that were a little turn down was the noise of the street train and the parking was pricey 24 euros per night. In all, it was a great option for us staying just 1 night.

The stay was really nice and they are available for late check-in which is something to consider when traveling in Europe. The room was clean and has good air conditioning. The view from the room is not bad, depending on where your room is. I booked twice and got two different views - street side and back neighborhood side - both of which were decent. The restaurant downstairs has a good food selection for dinner. There is a nice grocery across the hotel for any quick snacks craving. Overall, locationwise it is a very good place to stay in Karlsruhe.

The room was fine but the air-conditioning did not function well We also had a plumbing fault. Both were fixed and the engineer was excellent but the Aircon should have been better maintained

Superior im 4-Sterne Hotel ist es nicht...
Positives: Personal zuvorkommend, rührig, freundlich, hilfsbereit ,Danke!!! NEGATIV: Das Haus ist nur oberflächlich im guten Zustand....Vermutlich veraltete Leitungen, die für überaschende Duscherlebnisse sorgt und es musste sehr lang das warme Wasser laufen, bis es als solches bezeichnet werden konnte. Die Technik sorgte bei schwülen Temperaturen leider nur für Umwälzung aber nicht für Abkühlung des Zimmers. Sehr denkwürdige Fahrstuhlgeräusche des einen, ließen immer hoffen mit dem anderen fahren zu können. Als Wiedergutmachung erhielten wir ein Frühstück. Auswahl ok, Kaffee leider nur lauwarm. Der Preis ist dafür viel zu hoch. Da hilft das rührige Personal leider auch nicht weiter. Es kann weder Personalmangel, noch veraltete Technik ausgleichen....

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was helpful and polite, knowledgeable about the area. Location is across shopping center sign plenty of food options. Downtown Karlsruhe very close.
