New hotel in a very good condition. Easy parking. Unfortunately, our request for a quiet room could not be accommodated and we were actually put right at the front of a corridor with many people passing by and a heavy door slamming shut.

Neu, modern, sehr ruhig, alles was Gast braucht. Frühstück für 17€ nicht genutzt. Achtung: keine Bäckerei in der Nähe, gegenüber ein Aldi... Daran, dass man als Gast leger mit Du und Ihr begrüßt wird, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und wohl dem Zeitgeist geschuldet (?).... Sonst für einen Städtetrip vollkommen in Ordnung, Straba in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar - top👍

I was in a business trip during exhibition time. This hotel was a good option but the location was mot ideal for the exhibition. People were very friendly and the room is stylish and trendy So all is well. The surrounding area are industrial but there was no noise or pollution.

Eine coole, moderne Lobby. Leider ist gegenüber vom Hotel eine Firma, bei der die Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht läuft. Schlafen mit angekipptem oder offenen Fenster ist auf diesee Seite des Hotels nicht möglich. Das Frühstück ist ok, allerdings kenne ich von anderen Hotels, dass Tische nach dem Abräumen auch mal angewischt werden. Daher ein klarer Abzug beim Thema Sauberkeit!

Das Zimmer war eigentlich sehr schön und sauber. Aufenthalt hat mir sehr sehr gut gefallen , würde ich jederzeit wieder einchecken . Ich bin nämlich nicht das erste und das letzte Mal dort in Karlsruhe . Es gibt aber vier Sachen die in meinen Augen geändert werden sollten . Was ich bemängele war das keine richtige Möglichkeit war die Wäsche in ein Fach, ob Schrank oder Hängeschrank, einzusortieren. Man musste die Sachen die ganze Zeit im Koffer lassen. Das zweite was ich bemängele dass kein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer war. Er gehört einfach in ein Zimmer rein, zwecks Aufbewahrung und Kühlhaltung bestimmter waren. Das dritte was ich bemängele war die Zudecke auf dem Bett. Dort gehören zwei getrennte Zudecken drauf, für jede Person eine. Keine Zudecke die über beide Betten geht, zumal die noch sehr schwer ist und teilweise viel zu warm. Diese Sachen sollte man unbedingt geändert werden. Zuletzt noch als Hinweis der vom Bauherrn nicht so ideal ausgeführt wurde. In der Dusche ist eine Ablage für Duschutensilien. Dieser ist an der verkehrten Stelle angebracht, denn dadurch wird der Duschraum extrem verkleinert, man sich dort auch beim Duschen nicht bewegen kann , eventuell verletzen kann. Wie gesagt ich würde jederzeit dort wieder hinfahren, weil es so von Gestaltung, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, Parkmöglichkeit, keine Mengel gab die mir dort den Aufenthalt vermisst haben.
