Excellent hotel with good restaurants & cozy spa!
Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!

Klasskillnad!
Klasskillnad! Det finns inget hotell i Karlstad som är i närheten av Fratellis rum och spa. Rummen är rena, fräscha och tysta. Allegria spa är underbart och har något för alla. Bo här. Fundera inte på annat. Snåla inte för att det är en hundring dyrare. Övriga hotell borde kosta 500 kr natten max i jämförelse med Fratelli.

Fina rum, skön säng. God middag och god frukost. Fick vänta ett tag på service i restaurangen men trevlig personal. Väldigt fint spa men vid kvällstiden upplevdes den varmare poolen och kallvattenbadet ganska smutsiga, flöt runt mycket hudavlagringar och hår vilket syntes extra tydligt pga belysningen i dessa. Se över rengöring/filter så får spadelen högt betyg!
