Wyposażenie apartamentu zgodnie z informacjami, jednak minus za parking (teoretycznie było miejsce, jednak na tyle mało, że samochód częściowo stał na ulicy) i kolejny minus za brak Wi-Fi / brak routera w apartamencie (mimo wielokrotnych kontaktów z biurem nic się w tej kwestii nie zmieniło).
