Wow, what a property! Great location, everything we needed was in a walkable distance. The property was fantastic, everything you could possibly require, it was there. Activities everywhere you turned. Pool area was a highlight, you didnt really need to go inside as everything you require was by the pool. The host was so accomodating, couldnt have done more for us. A great family holiday!

Amazing!!
Every last detail in this property has been considered to ensure a perfect stay. Our family group of 12 ranged from a 3 year old to a 78 year old and everyone had an amazing time. The layout of the accommodation was great, giving privacy to smaller groups whilst the larger apartment was being able to easily seat us all together for breakfast. The huge selection of toys, games and sports equipment kept everyone entertained. The beautiful pool, poolside area, outside eating/entertaining area was stunning and fully equipped to cater for our large family. The bus and trains were easily accessible for trips out of town, the local area had great walks up into the hills or down to the local beaches and historic buildings with good and reasonably priced restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours. The property was safe and quiet with loads of local supermarkets, most within walking distance. All in all a perfect holiday and highly recommended. We must also mention our brilliant host, who was generous, helpful and nothing that we asked for was too much trouble & always delivered oromplty. We would love to return. The villa is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It has everything you could possibly need, including a garage that is stocked with bikes, paddle boards and various toys. The location is fantastic - a short walk to the beach and we used Ubers to travel into Split. The owner, Krešo, was very helpful and responded to queries very quickly. He sent lots of WhatsApps to us on the first day with location links to supermarkets and restaurants nearby. He also went out of his way to help us book a private boat trip, and to track down some sun block for the little ones when we couldn’t find any in the local supermarkets. Krešo was also very generous supplying us with a cabinet full of drinks on arrival, including some homemade wine and a bottle of his homemade olive oil as a gift. I don’t usually visit the same place twice but it would feel criminal not to go back!

Perfect family holiday
We stayed here as a group of 3 families. We meet our host when we arrived and he explained everything we needed and took us around the villa. The outdoor fridge was full of drinks for us which was a good touch. The host then messaged us all the best places to visit for drinks and food locally. The pool was perfect for the kids. I would highly recommend this villa for large groups of families.

Villa Nautica
Villa Nautica was absolutely perfect for our family of 13. The villa is beautiful and very well equiped. The pool and outdoor kitchen area is very special with a gas barbecue and a wonderful variety of games equipment. Our excellent host was very welcoming and generous with drinks on our arrival and always ready to help with advice and to quick;y sort out any small problems.The villa is located with only a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and and a beautiful beach area.

A relaxing home from home with lots of luxury’s.
An Amazing holiday, an Amazing house and an Amazing host. It was our first visit to Croatia and we will definitely be back, very beautiful place and very friendly people. I wasn’t expecting it to be so residential from the VRBO pictures, but after staying there I feel it added to its charm and it’s only a few short streets walk to the sea, which you can see from the balcony’s on both floors. Once inside the gates you feel like you are in your own private world. It’s very peaceful . Kresimir was there to greet us and gave us a tour and a beer by the pool. Throughout our stay he was available to help with any issues or advice we needed. He was also very generous with his beer and wine. The property is everything you see in the photos and feels more spacious.Our group ranged from19 to 80yrs and there was something for everyone! We particularly made use of the heated pool and outside BBQ area along with the games room and gym. Our first 36 hours was a biblical storm and the games room was perfect way to relax on our first full day. The rest of the week was beautiful sunshine, pool and sightseeing days. The No 37 bus runs regularly between Trogir and split and only costs a few euros or you can book an Uber! We found Trogir more relaxing than split as split was much busier but does have more to see from a historical perspective. The KRKA National park is very very beautiful and worth a trip if your fit enough for the walk which includes steep stairs and paths .

Beautiful villa
Beautiful villa, incredibly accommodating hosts. Every need is catered for, from welcome drinks and ice creams, to pool towels, and snacks for the children on arrival. So much high quality equipment to keep busy with including paddle boards, bikes, games room and gym equipment. The children loved the pool and didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to return.

Perfect in every way!
We stayed at Villa Nautica as a group of 16 which included a toddler and a baby, both in cots. The villa blew us away from the minute we arrived and Kresimir, our host, showed us around. There is literally everything you could possibly need and much more that you simply would never expect - so many wonderful surprises for everyone! The way the property is set out as 3 different apartments was perfect for us and meant that the youngest members of the group could go to bed and sleep without being disturbed. The property was also extremely secure which was important for us with 7 children. We spent most of our time lazing around the pool and the fabulous fully equipped outdoor kitchen but there was a beach within 10 minutes walk where everyone enjoyed using the paddle boards (one of the many surprises provided by Kresimir). Split annd Trogir are also within very easy reach and are both beautiful places to visit. We would definitely stay here again (although I suspect we would have to book very early), and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a something a little bit special for a family holiday. Thank you very much Kresimir and family for your amazing hospitality!

The villa was more than we expected, the description and pictures don't do it justice. Kreso was an amazing host and the villa well stocked when we arrived, couldn't have asked for more. The games room and gym were fully equipped, there were 3 bars and great outdoor cooking facilities. The garage was also fully kitted out with bikes, SUP, snorkels and all sorts of games. The villa was in a good location with a short walk to the supermarket, pizzeria and bakery. There were 3 beach bars in short walking distance and a walkway up the coast to the other Kastella's. The villa is ideally located halfway between Split and Trogir with easy access to both on '37' bus. Thank you very much Kreso for a wonderful holiday!

the attention to detail was far and beyond anything we expected. the villa was spotless and everything you could possibly want or need was provided. the host Kresimer organised us boat trips and even picked up it was my birthday and bought us homemade cake. Fabulous villa and owner
Kreso, the owner, was great to deal with from start to finish. He answered many questions we had prior to our arrival and also during our stay. He sent us on recommendations for restaurants, places to go etc whilst there and also arranged car hire for us. His wife welcomed us personally on our arrival and showed us round the villa. They had left lots of extras such as wine, beer, fruit as well as ice-cream and sweets for the kids which was so welcome and a really lovely touch. We were a party of 14 - four families - grandparents, parents and grandchildren and every one of us was impressed with the apartments, the grounds, pool, outdoor dining, and the playground for the kids was fabulous. Loads of extras in the garage at the back of the house for both kids and adults to keep us all amused. The games room also kept the kids busy some evenings too. The situation of the villa is superb, within easy reach of the beach, marinas, access to boat trips to the islands and much more. It's 20-25 mins to the centre of Split and 15-20 mins to the Airport. Croatia is beautiful and Kreso and his family are excellent hosts.

Villa Nautica
Villa Nautica exceeded our expectations. Kresimir was a perfect host, he met us at the property with chilled drinks, homemade lemonade and filled fruit baskets! He even provided fresh fish one evening for the grill which was delicious. We found the villa spotlessly clean with all the facilities we needed. The games room and gym provided much entertainment when it became too hot or to escape the small amount of rain we had. The pool and outdoor kitchen is where we spent most of our days, as it was a fantastic area to socialise and cook our evening meals together. The variety of games and equipment also provided much entertainment which was totally unexpected. The only thing we would have liked was further air con in the bedrooms. The air con in the main living areas did provide enough cool air but this would have been an added bonus! Overall this is a fantastic villa and hosted by a friendly and exceptionally helpful Kresimir. Thank you for helping us to have a fantastic week in Croatia.

First Class Property
This is truly an excellent property for a large gathering of friends or family. Everything is new and our host, Kresimir, was extremely helpful and responded to our requests and questions very quickly. It's modern and well-appointed. The pool is lovely. It took us a few days to identify the nice touches that Kresimir has added, e.g., a waterproof Bluetooth speaker by the pool and a mobile device charger. The bedrooms are large and there is a bonus of a large gym and TV room with extra bathroom on the ground floor as well as a wine room! There were 14 of us staying here and we all really enjoyed the facilities.

As good as the photos look
I’m often sceptical when photos of a place look as good as this but it truly is as good as it looks. The villa is modern, clean, very well equipped and has everything you need. It was perfect for our 3 families of 6 adults and 6 children with the property split into 3 separate mini apartments. Kreso the host was exceptionally helpful answering our queries prior to arrival, allowing us to check in early and being on hand at our arrival with fresh drinks and ice creams! The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood with small beach (stones like all Croatian beaches but clean and beautiful clear sea) and supermarkets in walking distance. It’s around a 15 minute / £15 Uber to the busier areas of Trogir (well worth a evening) and Split. There’s a couple of restaurant within walking distance but would recommend the taxi to Trogir for better dining although the villa has excellent self catering facilities. Our week flew by and Kreso was on hand by text for any queries. Thank you for a fantastic stay whilst on holiday for a friends wedding. Tip for other visitors... the Uber drivers often cancel on short journeys. If you message them offering to tip (only an extra 20 kunas/ £2.50) they usually accept, the rates are so cheap anyway it’s worth it.

Best experience ever!
The house and all facilities met our expectation and more than that! Everything was very clean and there was more than enough of all equipments in all apartments and all rooms. The house has even got a fun game room, little gym and a man cave! The swimming pool area - we just loved it!! The host is fantastic. He helped to make this week the best experience ever! He helped us to get nice experience with the locals and he even came and made "the best" local dinner for us! We will definetly be back!

Outstanding Villa
I cannot recommend this’s villa enough. Upon arrival, the owner met us, gave us a tour and a well needed drink after our travels. The villa is beautiful, clean and perfect for a larger group of people as it is divided in to 3 apartments. It’s equipped with everything you need. However, what really makes this villa is the owner, we needed assistance on a couple of occasions and he went above and beyond to help. It’s situated about 1/2 hour from split and a short car journey takes you up to the mountain behind, with wonderful views. Also highly recommend visiting Trogir which is also just up the road. Beach is a 5 minute walk away. I highly recommend this property.

Outstanding villa
We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful villa with everything you could possibly think of … and more. The villa is a short easy drive from the airport and is in a good location if you want to visit Split and Trogir (both well worth a visit). The owner was extremely helpful and was waiting for us when we arrived and greeted us with beer, wine, soft drinks, fresh orange juice and cherries from his own garden. He then provided a quick guided tour and showed us how everything worked and asked if we had all we needed. No point - he had already thought of and provided everything… A very spacious villa, it was everything we had hoped for, given there were 10 of us which included two young children (aged 1 and 5). It was modern, clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped to a high standard. The villa is on four levels with seven good size bedrooms and is split into 3 different apartment areas each bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas and their own TVs and good wi-fi. All spacious and very comfortable. The ground floor level has a play area, gym, sauna and separate wine room. All outstanding and useful on a sunny or rainy day or even for the odd games evening. The garden area is well kept and includes a play area for children that includes a trampoline and table tennis along with an outdoor but undercover dining area and a wood BBQ. The pool is large, heated and well maintained and there were inflatables for the pool, perfect for the young children. There is lots of seating and plenty of undercover space to relax and eat, with a fridge, sink and gas barbeque. The BBQ (yes, a second one) is great to use on an evening if you do not want to venture out. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by and the villa is about 5 minutes away from the sea with walks along the front. If you are after a peaceful time away, you could probably manage without a car. All in all, we had a great time (despite a lot of rainstorms) and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone. The villa and facilities are excellent, it is an absolutely outstanding place to stay.

Beautiful house, very clean, great location and helpful owner!
We spent a week at this villa. The owner organized a taxi pick-up to the airport, showed us around the house and was available 24/7 for any questions or help. The house was beautiful, as seen on the pictures and very clean. It looks like the owner put a lot of effort into thinking about what we could possibly need at the house, because it had every detail thought out, and everything we needed was there. He even left us sunscreen, drinks, ice cream and more. Location was great. 1min walk to a small shop, 1-2min drive to a huge supermarket, 5min walk to the ocean, 15min drive into the city. Everyone in our party were happy and satisfied with this Villa. We send our best regards to the kind and helpful owner.
