Check in was easy and although there was a queue, the staff were very efficient so it moved quickly. Rooms were lovely and clean and bright. Very comfotable beds and extra pillows were provided when we asked for them. Iron and ironing board available in the room amd also a good hairdryer. Close to metro, shops and restaurants. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that.

We booked 909 at 12:00am the door key starts gun like noise until we remove the door key. Nest morning we call front desk for fixing and call again make sure they did fixed nobody answered our phone call, same thing happen at 12:00am and we call front desks for help nobody answered. After 2 nights very bad situation we have to go to front desk to ask charge room.

A beautiful and comfortable property close to the airport. Has connections to airport via bus and metro. Bus 18 from outside airport will take u closer to hotel whereas metro will take longer. There is a store with all grocery and other stuff close by. Copenhagen city centre is just 20 mins by metro so good commute. Staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and neat. Overal a great property.

From Cape Town to Copenhagen
On arrival we found our room & bathroom very clean and neat. Housekeeping did a great job whenever we requested cleaning or assistance. The reception staff was equally efficient and friendly. We didn’t opt for breakfast but thoroughly enjoyed the free croissants every morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Hotel with spacious room & excellent view. Hotel is located approx. 10mins out of the City but is only a short 5min walk to the Bella Centre Metro Line to travel into the city centre & trains run every 5 mins. Hotel had an excellent buffet breakfast. Gym facilities however were disappointing & the sauna/spa was not operating. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with incredible views of Copenhagen in the distance. we walked from the metro, which was a little inconvenient, but easy enough. Not much in dining options or entertainment in the area except for the hotel’s restaurant but worth it if you’re passing through to the city from the airport. Breakfast buffet was expensive, but the incredible display of treats were delicious.
