This is a beautiful spot, 10 min walk into town. 5 min drive to the beach. Bobcaygeon is home to the famous Bigleys! You could spend hours shopping in town at all the great shops ! There are many restaurants within walking distance with The Royal Moose Inn dining right on the water. The Old Dog brewery is our favourite. No wake zone out front so perfect for kayaking! Deck out the back is full sun for tanning! Front porch is full shade for cooling off.
Saturday morning farmers market at the fairgrounds.
Thrusday night music in the park. Buckeye pontoon, fishing boat rentals. All a short walk into town. The very best cheesecake you’ll ever taste at Cake by the Lake. Last but certainly not least, the famous Kawartha Dairy for your favourite flavour of ice cream.
Make yourself comfortable in this cabin, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Great experience
This cottage was exactly as described. “Cute as a button” Clean. No unpleasant surprises. The host was there to greet us, explained in 20 minutes what we needed to know. Kayaks were available to us. The site is quiet and has a beautiful view.

Cute spot with a nice view
really liked the view of the lake from the screen door, very peaceful area. Water was just across the road with private docks with stuff like kayaks and floaties available. Was only a 10 min-ish walk to Bolton street and Kawartha diary. Had to rinse the dishes before use because they were a bit dirty and also the fire pit was a mobile one and my partner and I were expecting a private static one. but other than that was a terrific trip.
