I stayed for 7 nights over New Year's and overall, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to one of the ski area's lifts, so it was easy to go skiing everyday. It is also located very near to the supermarket, and some fantastic restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the restaurant staff and the guy guarding the room with the ski lockers.
There were some things that were less than ideal. A lot of families with young children were at the hotel, which normally wouldn't be so bad, except that I could hear everything in the hallway from my room - including the running, screaming, and loud talking. The rooms definitely don't seem to be insulated against sound from the hallway. While the breakfast buffet was good, there seemed to be weird items some of the days, including pasta and french fries, which I suspect was catered more to the children. The pool and spa area was nice, except for an awkwardly small hot tub which had a very cramped maximum capacity of 4 people. Also, the check-in time was supposed to be at 2 pm, but I was unable to access my room until 2:45 pm on the day of check-in.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but it seems to be more suitable for families with children, and not solo travelers.
