Compare Hotels with Parking in Kearney

Probably the cleanest Motel 6 I've stayed at! It's kind of the main road through town, which made for a nice quite night. Would definitely stay again if I ever find myself in Kearney, NE.

This Microtel Inn is working through renovations (although no construction when I was there). Floors #2 and 3 were complete. The 1st floor is next to the reno. The dining area looks like Meemaw's house, cozy with biscuits/gravy eggs and other cereals and fresh fruit. Coffee is fresh and hot. Staff were accommodating friendly and kind. Quick check-in and out. The cleaning staff was polite and met needs. The grounds around are very small but clean, There is an old Ruby Tuesday closed and for sale so that takes away from some of the appeal. It walking distance to AleWorks Steakhouse, Casey's General Store gas station, Dunking Donuts, and Subway. The room is in the minimalistic trend with no dressers. There are a few shelves. This is now common to reduce turnover time, cleaning and because many people use these "off the highway" motels/hotels for 1 maybe 2 nights. There was a settee that was a nice frame platform over the AC unit against the window complete with cushion and back rest. M favorite spot. The fridge, microwave, and coffee were all in the room, I ordered delivery of food for 4 days from a local Walmart and was able to prepare all meals in the room. I would recommend this for travelers and pets.

Most reoccurring event was rekeying our room keys every day, sometimes twice a day. Breakfast was good but no variety each day.
