The staff was slow and rude. The "hot" water available for guests in the lobby was cold. The room expensive, but in poor condition. Breakfast eggs were dry.

They never cleaned our room when we stayed for the two nights we stayed there had to go down to get more towels and washcloths but the pool was great

i didn't like the idea of being charged 30.00 a day for parking in the parking garage i also didn't understand why you had to pay if you wanted breakfast. also i am disabled and had to walk up 12 steps from the parking garage to get to the elevator the room is what i appreciated but i dont think i will be staying there again. thank you.
