Welcome to this beautifully, newly built, one bedroom suite located minutes from the beach and some of the Okanagan’s top wineries. Enjoy a sip and sun trip or stay for a longer time and enjoy everything the Okanagan has to offer!

Wake up in the morning with your coffee and a cold plunge and then end your day with wine on the hammock watching the sunset!
You couldn’t ask for a better place to rest and relax in the okanagan!

The suite comes fully loaded with a full kitchen, laundry access upon request, full bathroom, bedroom, private patio, outdoor cold plunge tub.

PLEASE NOTE: This unit only has 1 queen bed, and a couch that IS NOT a pull out. There are other people and children on the property and there is some noise transfer.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Comfortable stay
We had a wonderful one week stay. The location was very convenient to meeting with family and friends. The pathway to the unit has been greatly improved. The first time we stayed in June, the host provided high quality shampoo and body wash. This time, shampoo and body wash were not provided.

Clean but loud
The property was clean and well equipped for a short stay. That being said .. there is absolutely zero insulation between the floors so be prepared to wake up very early from stomping and loud noises. They advertised a plunge pool & hot tub which was non existent. The parking was a gravel pit that is only ideal for a small car (not an suv). The glass door should have blinds if they advertise the couch as a secondary sleeping area. Overall we would not book this place again.

Nice place.
The place was clean and tidy. The owner was nice. There was a little confusion when checking in, but it was solved pretty soon. Some missing stuff, after contacted the owner, he provided quickly. Thank you Michael!

Lovely place
This was a beautiful new home so clean. It was just a little bit awkward to walk down to the side of the house. It said it had a hot tub, but we didn’t see a hot tub beautiful area. The only thing that needs to be done is maybe the entrance into the home and finding the key in the lock box good thing they were home because we had to ask for the password to get into the lockbox. It wasn’t on the site.

Newly Built Walk-out with Wonderful Views
We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend it. It’s a newly built walk-out unit on the lower level of a new house with your own outside entrance. The unit was bright, clean, comfortable and cozy… and air conditioned! You face the mountain views; opposite of the main road so no vehicle sounds. The patio was mostly private with a hammock, perfect for enjoying the views/sunsets, along with a small table and chairs under the well covered deck. There was a bit of sound from upstairs in the morning, but it didn’t bother us. Can’t beat the location… close to wineries, orchards and the lake! Micheal was also very personable and responded to my questions quickly.

This is a nice and clean new property. It has almost everything one wants. Incomplete instructions by owner caused unecessary and somewhat stressful delay in entering the property. Owner made no human contact at all and we respected his privacy. So, nice comfortable property with little to no customer relationship.

The unit was down stairs on the backside of a newly constructed home. So new in fact that the path to the unit was rough as a construction site. Getting luggage from the car to the unit was 3 stars. Being new it was good that all appliances were in good working order. Bed was comfortable. Water in the tub/shower was slow to drain.
