We returned from dinner, passed the front desk person, walked to the elevator where people had called for it. We all waited. Summoned the elevator again and again and yet it didn’t come. Went to the front desk around the corner and said “the elevator isn’t coming to the lobby” He replied, “ya, it’s broken” As we had waited for several minutes, no sign indicating that it was not working, and he couldn’t even be bothered to tell us that as we entered the lobby. Me have stayed many many times over the years. They renovations and disruptions. But since new management and front desk staff, it has soured our desire to ever stay again. We will not stay there again. This is not the first problem we’ve had, but it will be the last.

Very clean, staff were so friendly and helpful! The pool was lots of fun and they had a great spread for breakfast. The nightly rate was excellent for the value received. Highly recommend and will be back again.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Has a lot of free parking in well lit area which felt very safe. Everything was good and staff was amazing. Would recommend hotel to leave couple bottles of water in room.

Overall its a very affordable place to stay with continental breakfast. Hottub was not very clean and no towels were available at the pool. Hallways/rooms echo a lot so it was quite noisy.

Mixed bag but generally good
I found one of the people at the front desk to be rather interrupting and abrasive, although she did seek to resolve our issue, so kinda evened out. Very loud furniture moving above us for 3 hours one night. Not resolved with call to front desk. Otherwise, clean, fun, comfy room. Decent continental brekkie, decent pool and hottub. Clean, nice open rooms.
