Good location for exploring city. Helpful staff. Room is spacious, nice terrace for second floor rooms. Very limited number of parking places for the guests. Security deposit is keeping by the hotel rather long time after check out. Breakfast for such level of hotel is very modest, limited choices, not so fresh, omlette is cold, guest needs to heat it in a microwave. Overpriced hotel.

Hotel in the summer pedestrian zone in of Kelowna
Large, roomy accommodations with mini balcony in the heart of Kelowna. Lots of racing cars, sirens, crying, shouting obscenities (no fault of hotel, just a sign of the times) I must say, there were ear plugs in the bedside drawer! Excellent breakfast with many healthy choices in a big, bright breakfast room. Great hotel!

Generally it was good the only issue was we were not offered any help with our luggages , the parking was at the back of the hotel and we had to get to the underground parking through a narrow entrance and then go up

The in-room alarm woke us at 6:00am!
A very comfortable room and bed. Our only complaint -it was annoying- is that the in-room alarm clock could not be unplugged and someone had left it on a very early alarm. In the age of cell phones who needs those any more? At the very least the cleaning staff should be tasked with making sure NO alarms are left set for new guests. Grrr.
