Best location and wonderful staff. Close to the essence of Kelowna. Facility is beyond the expectations, everything in the room is quite new and well cleaned. Hope for some EV chargers.

We've stayed here a few times; it has become our place of choice in Kelowna because it is great value for the price. Beds are clean, location is excellent, and there is some secure underground parking (but not a lot.) Staff is wonderful here, too - very friendly, and there doesn't seem like there's a ton of turnover. (Or maybe we just visit a lot, so we see some of the same faces.)

Excellent location, staff, and price! We attended (2adults, 2 kids) and stayed on the 1nd floor which had a huge share patio that faced Bernard st. The included breakfast was pretty good - bagels, toast, egg fritters, boiled eggs, cereal , fruit platter, yogurt, hot drinks and juice/water! Location is prime. Right on Bernard. Parking was inckuded- another bonus! We will definitely come back!

The hotel is walkable from the bus hub, the water , walking paths and there are tons of dining options around. The continental breakfast was good and they even had gluten free bread with a dedicated gluten free toaster. I will definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at the Royal Anne before, so we knew what we were getting. It’s close to many eateries in the old downtown area, so we always enjoy being based from here as you can walk to pretty much everything. It’s close to the water and Kasugai Gardens if you are looking for serenity. We’d love to see a better breakfast offering and some more variety if we had an ask. We’ll be back again.
