Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I booked the wrong date but they still tried to make it work for my family. Lina was very nice and helpful. Front desk was also very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the staff was excellent and responsive. They were proactive with texts, which was really nice to see! The breakfast had all the standard options and food quality was decent. (Would appreciate flavored creamers or hot cocoa that the other hotels offer, but that is being picky).The only real issue for me was the bed, it was super "springy", so if one person tosses/turns the other person bounces. Not great for light sleepers like myself, it along with the pillows were on the lumpy side. Otherwise a comfortable evening and a pleasant stay, we'd likely stay there again if we were in the area,

Room was clean and comfortable. It's an older property so poor soundproofing and we had drunk loud people next to us so not a pleasant stay. Front desk staff did speak to the noisy guests in an attempt to get them to quiet down.

The rooms were very nice. They have recently been updated. Very clean and roomy. Was offered the option to check in online which made for a fast check-in. The lady at the front desk was great. I would highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stop again if passing through Pendleton.
