Newly renovated and perfect location
Property just finished renovations, room and kitchen and bathroom were very modern and clean, location is great. The hotel staff at every contact point I had with them was top notch and super friendly, would absolutely stay here again.

DON’T RELY ON ACCOMODATION REQUEST
Do not book this property if you have any type of mobility issue. I clearly requested and confirmed a handicap accessible room only to arrive to no handicap rooms and the elevator to the room in which I was booked was broken and awaiting the repairman. I confirmed with the front desk receptionist that I could not access the room and needed a refund of my prepaid room. Although I was assured, there would be no charge, the next morning the full rate of $172.15 was charged to my room. I have made calls to the hotel directly and Hotels.com in an attempt to receive my refund. After over 1.5 hours of hold time and numerous explanations, I received my refund. So disappointing.

The ease of checking in via mobile app was great. I didn't have to go to the front desk to get my room. I did get a handicap room instead of regular room I would have preferred. But I think that was because I checked in early. And also the tub stopped up. Other than that it was great, area was great. I only stayed one night so I didn't make a big deal on the tub but I did report it.

I appreciated the staff attempting to take care of the TV that wasn't working. In the case that they couldn't get it to start, they placed us in a new room. Besides that, the stay was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was average

Very nice!
We stayed here unexpectedly as we had car trouble. I was impressed with the staff, the lovely room and the quality of the breakfast as well. It was a stressful time and it was comforting to stay in such a clean and comfortable room. Very nice, would highly recommend.

Hotel checkin was awesome and the cleanliness was great- no issues. The only issue we had was with the overnight representative. She was rude, abrasive, unprofessional at best. Then on the morning of checkout the housekeeper knocks on the door at 9:30am to ask what time are we checking out… I was LIVID! Who does that?

Nice hotel with some service issues
Nice hotel with a full kitchen and free parking. The smoke alarm in our room began beeping at 5:00 am, which woke my wife and I up. Front desk said there was nothing they could do until the maintenance guy arrived for work in the morning, so I had to pull the alarm from the ceiling and remove battery. The maid also barged in without knocking at 10:30 am, ignoring the Do Not Disturb sign.
