I was disappointed in the lack of upkeep and improvements. This has been my favorite for years, but there has not been any emphasis on the property renovating the rooms and decor of the hotel. The rooms and furniture's is worn and very dated.

First of there was a ceiling leak in the lonby the first day & a half where towels and trash cans were placed to catch the water. Secondly, the room smelled horribly of mildew. And third and most importantly, Was laying naked on the couch and someone came in my room WITH A KEY given by the front desk. Not only was I petrified, but quite embarrassed. Spoke to manager Judy who stated room would be compensated, but was never done.

I would not recommend this property. The rooms are in desperate need of updates. The furniture was old and worn. The carpets were dirty. The bathtub had rusted shower heads, clogged tubs and the remotes did not work, nor did the telephones in the room. Definitely well below Hilton standards.

I do not recommend this property. Embassy Suites are generally of variable quality, but this one was particularly poor. The facilities and amenities were dated and dirty. The area is also a bit rundown. The staff also struggled during the check-in process - we pre-paid for our room but they attempted to double charge us and were dismissive about our attempts to explain that the room was pre-paid. There is a complementary shuttle that runs from the hotel to the airport, which is its best feature.

No do not disturb for our room. The pool was constantly closed during hours it was to be open. Breakfast was out of food more than an hour before the end of it. Only seemed to be 3 people working from staff. Day 2 all of the sudden we needed wristbands to get into the pool which didnt matter because the 4 person hot tub had 12 people in it. Recommended food in the area gave my fiancé food poisoning which also ruined the trip. Will not be staying here again
