Guests can relax by the rock firepit, play basketball on the private court, or enjoy a game of volleyball. Spectators can watch the games from the covered patio while enjoying a view of the lake.
The large great room features two giant windows with an extensive lake view. Guests can also unwind on the oversized partially covered patio with 250 feet of shoreline, play pool in the game room, read a book from the corner library, or enjoy a board game at the game table. Additionally, guests can watch television together in the great room or separately have private time in their bedroom. Fishing off the deck at the boathouse, watching sunrises, bird watching, and stargazing are among the charms offered at Sunrise.
This spacious waterfront home features 9 bedrooms, 7 are on one level, and 5 ½ bathrooms. It is situated in a cove on almost 5 acres of land.
Sunrise spans approximately 5,100 square feet, comprising a main house and two attached guest quarters. The 3,011 square foot main house includes a full kitchen, a large dining room table, and a second kitchen table. There are two full-sized refrigerators – one in the kitchen and one in the bar. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized oven, and the bar features a portable oven. The great room boasts a large-screen television, a game table, and a bar complete with a separate ice maker. Additionally, there are three spacious bedrooms – two upstairs, and the master bedroom on the main level.
The master bedroom's bathroom has a shower, a separate bathtub, and his and hers sinks. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with two sinks and a large shower with a bench. A half bath is situated downstairs close to the kitchen.
Moreover, there are two attached guest quarters. The 1,024 square foot Richland guest quarters comprise four bedrooms and two bathrooms – one with a shower and the other with a shower and tub combination. The 1,065 square foot Chambers guest quarters feature two bedrooms and one bathroom with a large sink and shower. The game room, located in the Chambers guest quarters, sports a pool table, card table, and a large-screen television.
The backyard patio is roughly 40 x 60 feet and is the perfect spot for kids to skate, hoverboard, or ride small toys. A propane barbecue and a smoker are embedded in a large curvy rock counter with plenty of space to put food. A large table on the patio is centered under several overhead fans.
