This is a lovely B&B with a nice lounge area and excellent breakfast. The weekend I stayed there was a problem with the heating and, despite the efforts of Reception, including putting two oil filled radiators in my room, my attic room always felt rather miserable. Breakfast is of a high standard but the precision with which it must be ordered a day ahead right down to how many slices of toast can be a bit off putting. It is clearly well intended from a sustainability perspective but a card to complete would make it easier to enjoy breakfast each day.

Lovely little homely property. Beautiful bedroom and the friendliest staff. Breakfast was amazing. Short walk into Keswick with free parking. Would highly recommend.

Room was spotless and the welcome was great. Room was a little bit chilly on the 1st night but the owners provided a supplementary heater which remedied that for the rest of the stay. Breakfast was fab and the stay overall was excellent. 15min walk from the centre of town downhill.

I've stayed here a number of times and is the only place I'd stay whilst in Keswick. A brillant family run bed and breakfast with a short walk into Keswick.

Lovely guest house, well decorated with lots of character. Our en-suite room on the top floor was ideal with great views of the fells. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are excellent.

The Grange is a wonderful place to stay. Our room was immaculately well presented and provided us with everything we needed. The breakfast is delicious, offering excellent variety (for vegetarians/vegans too). The views from the dining room, over Keswick and beyond, are spectacular. We loved the location just away from the vibrant town centre which allowed us to walk or drive to where we wanted to be each day. To top off our superb mini break the Grange’s family run approach made the whole experience outstanding. Thank you.

Amazing stay. Customer service is out of this world. The team go above and beyond to facilitate. The view is absolutely stunning even in rough weather. The walk into Keswick is simple and about 20 minutes (it is slightly hilly), but absolutely fine! Breakfast was stunning. Food options, quality and customer service were great. Efficiency was top notch in all areas. A brilliant stay! Thank you to the wonderful team. Parking is easy, right outside.

I've stayed here a number of times and ia the beat place to stay in Keswick. Free parking, access to a spa and an easy walk into town. Also the best breakfast explains the awards.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. A family run B and B. Sally and Michael were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well presented. Breakfast was fab, good products and excellent service. A short walk into Keswick too. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely few nights at the Grange where we spent time in Keswick and walked around the Lakes. Alll the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were upgraded to a larger room on the ground floor, which was much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, the room was warm, and there was plentiful tea, coffee and biscuits. The shower room was a little small for the size of the room but it was clean and everything worked. The B&B is about a 15 minute walk to Keswick, and the breakfasts had good options and were very well made. We would happily stay there again!
