Parking Woes
The hotel is great, the parking not so much. You have to park across the street and to get there you have to leave the hotel, go through a tunnel under the street by taking 4 sets of steps. You unload and then move your car across the street and then do the opposite when you leave. Never mind that this time of year its 19 F outside and you have multiple bags of ski/snowboard gear.

First, they gave us a bed cover that was made for a twin bed. Didn't cover us both and there was no extra blankets. No microwave, the coffee service was terrible. We had krager cups that were terrible coffee. No creamers, no sugars. It was just such a poor establishment.

Overall great experience. The staff were accommodating and very pleasant. Outdoor hot tub jets were not working properly. Parking is not ideal. Other than those two issues it was a nice stay.

Spa service ~ disappointment !
I arrived at the pool at 9am and the spa took until 9:40am to uncovered the pool. The pool manager knew I was there and waiting! I almost had enjoyed the opportunity to swim before check out at 11am but he wasn’t interesting in uncovering the pool!

We liked ice skating. Parking is ok, I had 2 tickets that I had to appeal. Restaurants are a short drive. The place is quiet and family friendly and my adult daughters loved the spa/pool/hot tub.

This is rip off hotel. It charges $40 resort fees which i have no idea and expedia should work better in informing customers of possible charges. This is just ok inn level hotel which charges over $500 a night. Maximum 2 star level.

There is no stroller access. I was told to park across the street and use a tunnel. Which meant i had to lift a double stroller up and down 2 sets of stairs. It was not a nice check in or welcoming. We asked prior to arrival to change into skio clothes, which they said was ok. But upon arrival i had to request for my packages twice and there was no room to get changed as once again there was steps to restroom so we had to carry the kids. Also i had to literally tell the front desk lady that she needed to explain the process as i was unsure of parking and discount for ski rentals. They just didnt seem.forth coming unless you asked them to explain. I jusy expected more from a 4 star resort.
