It sleeps 6 but our family of 5 was very cramped in this condo. There’s only one common space, so not much room to spread out. Positives: nice location, good neighborhood, excellent mgmt, comfy couch, gas stovetop. Negatives: no room to spread out, uncomfortable beds, very cold bathroom. No fault of the condo, we just needed more room than was offered. We would stay in the area again as it was close to ski resort.

Great Location Near the Slopes!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property during our recent ski trip as a family. The location could not be more ideal (3 minute drive to the gondola parking lot). The amenities at Mimi's Cabin, including two hot tubs and a pool table, were an added bonus. The only negative feedback is that the bed in the master bedroom is small and uncomfortable. Also, when the neighboring unit flushes the toilet, it sounds like a flood rushing through the walls (I kid you not). Overall though, we were very happy and would stay here again. Thumbs up!

Beautiful Place
Great location and beautiful area. Managing the units temp was difficult though. Heater never seemed to hold the temp so it varied from 64-72 which is quite the swing. The community center is very small. Pool and two hot tubs were always very small so not enough room to really enjoy once other guests arrive. All in all, the stay was enjoyable.

Beautiful townhouse and well stocked kitchen. Sadly coffee pot is broken and also no shampoo in one of the bathroom. Forget about getting supply refill or replace defaults they simply don’t have workers that care to make it right or any sense of urgency. Will come again but need to stock up myself on basics.

Quiet retreat in the trees
My wife and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood of 4-plexes in a wooded valley about 5 minutes drive from the center of Keystone. The unit was clean and comfortable, with an upscale rustic decor. We would gladly stay here again.

Nice place. Enjoyed our stay. Beds weren’t super comfy especially the sofa bed. Washer didn’t work and I was disappointed with the way the owner handled that afterward. Overall it was ok but will be looking elsewhere next time we travel to Keystone.

Great location, great unit
We had a great time in the condo. Really enjoyed our stay! Was sad about the pool and hot tub being closed due to covid, but that wasn't the property's fault. The only reason we didn't give this property 5 stars is that there were some plumbing leaks, primarily in the main bath, but in the kitchen as well. Otherwise, the kitchen was nicely stocked, everything was clean and in working order. Lots of space to move around in!

Great Property and Fantastic Neighborhood
Our family booked last minute to stay at this townhouse. It is close to the Keystone resort. I learned at the end of my stay that there is a bus that picks you up every 20 minutes and drops you off by the Gondola. We spent most of our time in Keystone, but Breckenridge is a great town to walk around and the escape room at Escape Breckenridge was a blast. There is a free park to sled at as well and we picked up 4 sleds at Target in Dillon (about 15 minutes away) and was really fun. The only complaint is, as nice as this place is, the bedding was kind of bad. It was like the bed spread i had in 1986. They should just order a two down comforters and duvets at 70 percent off at Macy's or go use a coupon at Bed Bath & Beyond in Dillon a few miles away. Couple that with four decent pillows and the place would feel far more luxurious. I know it was holiday season, so i paid an inflated rate, but at over $700 per night - better bedding would make it perfect. The mattress was fine.

Misinformation in listing, squeaky bed, overall disappointment
We specifically searched for places with a pool and hot tub to have a weekend get-away during COVID. This property pulled up. Apparently we should have read the fine print to realize that the hot tub and pool were closed and to not trust our filter. Our check-in information informed me that I had to park our spare car 2 miles away and until later wasn't informed that I could have parked by the closed pool. Tried to call and wasn't answered until late the next day and was only told that we should have read the description better and that it was because our summer patronage wasn't as important as the winter guests. Yet I was up at the Westin in Avon the week before and they had full pool, hot tub, and bar area open. The bed downstairs was HORRRRRIBLE! Move one inch and it sounds like the squeaky bed from the guy that used to live above you in college. Not many extra towels provided. If we stayed one more day we probably would have had to do our own laundry to get fresh ones. After fees and taxes this property is not worth the money we paid. Renter beware.

Wonderful home and location....with a real mountain/forest feel
We were looking for a place that when you looked out the window, you weren't looking at condos but at the woods. This place was perfect. It had 2 outside patios and Settler's creek was the farthest out in location but just a 5-minute bike ride to Keystone Village. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. (the negatives: bring your own pillow, the pillows were not the greatest)

Great stay at nicely decorated, large 2 bedroom townhome in Keystone Settlers Creek neighborhood.
We had a great stay for a week at this nicely decorated, large 2 bedroom townhouse in Keystone’s Settlers Creek neighborhood. Great view of Keystone mountainside on decks. Very close, within walking distance to Keystone mountain and lifts. Great walking and biking trails right outside unit. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood, except there was a constant humming sound when outside on the decks. We’re still unsure what it was. This home was well taken care of and maintained. The sprinkler system is right outside bedroom windows and were quite loud while trying to sleep with windows open. The beds were comfortable. The occupants in the home above us had small children and we could hear them throwing tantrums with the windows open, quite frequently. Also, when the toilets flushed or the water ran in unit above, it was pretty loud in our unit. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed to cook meals, except condiments. Only salt and pepper for spices were available. They had a coffee maker, but a Keurig would be nice this day and age. Ice maker not working. There was no bottle of wine or welcome basket as stated for premium property. We were looking forward to trying local wine, but maybe next time. There were extra pillows and scratchy blankets, but no extra linens or throw blankets. They had nice towels for the bathrooms, but not any extras, and only 2 washcloths for the kitchen, no dish towels. That just meant doing lots of laundry while there; thank goodness for the washer and dryer in the unit. They had plenty of toilet paper. The weather was gorgeous for the entire week, with exception of the air quality from the fires in the surrounding counties. It’s so sad to see the beautiful mountains burning down! The pool at Minnie’s Cabin is small, especially for neighborhood of that size. Also, the large hot tub was cold and the small one wasn’t hot enough. We let the management know. The SkyRun customer service was great. “Fenna’s” promt responses were greatly appreciated. The several small things stated above are why we gave 4/5 stars, but these are things I would like to know if I was staying here so that I can bring what we need instead of having to go out and buy them when we get there. We would stay here in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Great stay, everything we needed
The rental property was in a great location. It was just an easy walk or bike ride to River Run Village but we were far enough away that when I woke up in the morning I could see mountains and trees, not some other condo complex. Took advantage of the deck quite a bit, and the couch in the living room made me want to go out and buy the exact same one. We used the close trail system and hiked quite a bit. We also did a 25 mile bike ride from Vail Pass back to Keystone, the scenery was incredible & my 11 & 13 year old completed it with no problems. My son also loved the mountain biking options that were right in River Run. The hot tub and pool came in handy after long days of activity. I thought the kids would be disappointed with the tiny pool as they love to swim, but they enjoyed everything Minnie's Cabin had to offer, including the pool table. Overall I would stay here again. The place was clean, cozy & they gave us ample toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. At some rentals they are really stingy. The reason it only got 4 stars from me was because: 1. The master bed was not very comfortable, it wasn't bad but it didn't make me want to stay in bed all day either 2. When the people upstairs flushed the toilet it startled or woke us up, it't that loud 3. The kitchen utensils are pretty bare or broken, we cooked the entire stay as the one time we ate out found it overpriced & boring
