Construction of Keystones new Kindred has officially begun and will be taking place through the 2025. Please be aware when booking that nearby construction will be ongoing. Skyrun will not provide any refunds or do property changes due to construction, increased walk time to lifts, noise, or ongoing work in this area. You can have it all with this nicely appointed and spacious property with second bath, Murphy Bed, large primary suite, ski slope views and Village location. Located on an upper floor you'll enjoy the sunny southwestern exposure, new flooring, updated appliance and counter-tops. The living area features a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Off of the living room is the private balcony where you can enjoy the stunning mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and the dining table seats 6 people comfortably. The bedroom features a queen sized bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a queen Murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests. Red Hawk Lodge has several amenities to offer including a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, pool deck with sun loungers, grill, and fire pit, exercise room, sauna, ski lockers, communal laundry room, and lobby with a pool table. The gondola is only steps away from Red Hawk Lodge, making your morning commute to the slopes a breeze. River Run Village is also within walking distance and has several restaurants and shops to enjoy during your stay in Keystone. If you are looking to visit other areas of Keystone, there is a free shuttle stop right outside of Red Hawk.

Guys Snowbording Trip
Overall the property was a great value and location is perfect. The condo is on the smaller side for a group of 5 guys but we are all close friends and sharing beds wasn’t an issue. There were a couple small things that I think could improve this property, the condo doesn’t have much in terms of storage. There is one small closet and no dressers. There was an issue with a bathroom drain not draining but the property manager assured they would be taking care of it after our stay. In terms of the other amenities, there was no pool balls or rack in the commons area which was a disappointment. The hot tubs get busy really quick so that’s something to plan for. I would definitely stay here again but we might elect to get a bigger place next time that accommodates 5 grown dudes better. I think if you had 4 or less guests this condo is ideal.

Perfect for our family of 4
The layout for our teenage son and daughter was perfect. Having a separate bed for each of them and 2 full baths was great. Even the size and shape of the dining room table was perfect to be able to maneuver around the murphy bed when it was pulled out. It was a short walk to the gondola and having the lockers on the first floor on the way in was very helpful. The view of River Run was beautiful as well. Thank you for a great Spring Break!
