Great location but would not stay here again.
The cockroach issue and the infestation of flies were just the beginning. There is a huge lump in the master bedroom that prevents the door from opening or closing smoothly or quietly, none of the water pressure improved in the kitchen or the master bath. The awning over the patio is completely dilapidated and leaked water on us when we it rained which was about 6 times during our stay. The grease catcher on the bbq was full which made it impossible to bbq unless we got all dirty and cleaned it out ourselves. And having to keep our bags and clothing or bedding from touching the floor to prevent cockroaches from climbing And roaming on our stuff was such a pain. I have pictures I can include and would like a refund

I really enjoyed my stay. there are several TV's available, Good internet. And there were plenty of useful utilities, including pots, pans, full tank in the gas grill, pool table, comfortable couch. VERY CLEAN!! I didn't notice anything gross at all! The cleaning person did a great job!! This place is about an hour or so away from the Colorado Bend state park in case you are looking to do some hiking! I'm really thankful I chose this place to hang out with my friend one last time before he is deployed to boot camp. Thank you!

Very Comfy and Perfect For The Weekend
The property was very comfortable and quiet. We had a little trouble figuring out the master shower but once we figured out that the hot and cold were reversed we were good. The only other issue we had was that the beds were a little hard, but over all still gets five stars from us. Thank you again for the hospitality, it is greatly appreciated.
